Caution: This is a broker who quotes low prices that ultimately will not be picked up by an actual carrier. They claim to not be a broker on their website.
My entire moving plan was almost ruined by this. company. They never communicated with me after I booked online and they took my card info. I called them to confirm the pickup date a week before the move and they said it was still on track.
The day of the move, I called again and only then was told that they did not have a carrier and it was a 1 to 3 day window. That was not mentioned in the confirmation email or when I called last week. I also made clear when I called that I had a flight booked and needed to know asap if the date needed to change. Seems they think it is acceptable for the customer to wait around with no contact until they might show up to actually provide the service.
They email you quickly after you book to get you to give credit card info and then silence is the rule after that.
I will say that "John" was polite on the phone when telling me I was not going to get what I booked, again though, this was after I called them.
