I was supposed to be contacted 24hrs from pick up. That never happened. The day of the pick up I was calling the office (they open up at 9am) I was calling every 15min with no answer trying to figure out when the pick up would be. Left emails and voice mails for Michael with no avail.

Finally at 1030 someone answered the phone.When I confirmed what time the office opens she said 9am. When i told her i was calling since then (1 1/2 later) she said "Oh something came up" ... Really ? For the entire office. When i asked if Mike was in ... she said oh he wont get in until later on ... What kind of work hours does this office have ?

Thank goodness Gabby was there. She took my call and got me a time, aplogized and got me in contact with the Driver. She was great

We had so many things going on all we needed was a call and a little customer service
