This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Bob did an awesome sell job, very friendly and personable, lots of promises and assured me of pick-up within a week or less. I agreed payed a deposit (very dumb, I know now). And that was the end of his good service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There website states, " we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. We're always just a phone call away 830-625-1095 to answer any auto moving questions you may have." That's the biggest load of crap EVER!!! It's a LIE!!

After I gave Bob the deposit of $300 I can't get a hold of him for the life of me. I've tried calling many, many times as well as emailing and have had no luck. I had the Lady I bought the van from in Georgia try and call and text many times because I'm in Canada and she had no luck whatsoever. Finally weeks later he emailed and said he refunded the money, but nothing has been credited back, another LIE!!
After doing a little research I found Eclipse Auto Transport thank goodness. They did an awesome job, no deposit, member of BBB, and had my van to Montana ready to be imported to Canada in 6 days!! And they were only $50 more than this joke of a company National RIP OFF Car Shipping. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
