This is the first time I ever shipped a vehicle and had no idea how things would work. Had heard lots of horror stories of vehicles being transported so I was really nervous about the whole matter. I spoke with Justin at National Car Shipping, and he assured me that it was a pretty easy and even better since we had a 'flexible delivery date". He made arrangements for our cart to be shipping in less two weeks, the process went very smooth. The driver arrived, loaded our cart and it was off to Tennessee. Low and behold when the cart arrived in Tennessee the windshield was cracked; I thought OMG just what we need since my husband was hesitant to ship the cart to begin with. Anyway, Justin was instrumental in helping to process the reimbursement for our windshield repair. I would recommend this company and plan to use it when we ship our Jeep.
