This is a classic scam where the customer service rep is nice and guarantees a price to deliver door to door (that is to our residence) but does not pay the carrier for this service so the car is held at a depot far from the destination. Numerous calls to the company ended in the manager yelling at me that he does not care if I have a contract. Bizarre behavior. Stay away from them. In fact, I found that you could go directly to the carrier, Autolog, and avoid broker's fees. That is what I did for the shipping my car back at the end of my stay and it went exactly as planned.
Stay away from National Auto Transport.
