Just don't bother; no communication, no commitment, no scheduling, the contract truckers won't work for them. Need I say more? Very cooperative until down payment sent; then non-existent. At LEAST two dozen attempts to contact, no callback. Pick up dates slipped FOUR times. Then a claim that it was going to be more expensive since the vehicle needed to go to NY...yeah, I know, that's what they quoted, but all of a sudden..."it's gonna cost ya a little extra". I bailed, went to a five-star company, they will pick the car up one day later, will have it in NY early the following week, will provide daily updates as to progress...now THAT'S how it should be done (Alpine, by the way).
