Sales Rep lied to me and said they owned all of their trucks to get me to book. Said car would be picked up on a Thurs/Fri. Called Saturday and they had no clue. Very rude girl - Samantha tried to blame bad weather for not picking up car. They never communicated and sales guy told me the truck was already in California. Totally different answer from the rude accounting girl that was "covering" customer service.
they have no way to reach a driver. She literally said she had the last 4 digits of the driver's number. Nobody seems to know anything. This company's website says - 24/7 support (lie). Their website says 1 point of contact - this is another lie. Nobody knows anything.
They have terrible reviews and I guess I am just another victim of their lies.
