My experience was very good. Once I made the reservation which was on a Friday, Manny said he was going to see if any trucks were going to be able to pick the car up that weekend. Unfortunately there wasn't and the car was picked up Monday morning as Manny said. The car was at my house early Tuesday morning and the truck driver was extremely nice and personable.
