I needed to transport my sons car to his college in Florida. His roommates mother had contacted another shipping agency that was supposed to get the car by Friday or Saturday. They never came through and never got the car. By Monday, I was in a panic because I was leaving on Tuesday to move my son into his new college apartment and had planned to meet the trucker in Florida. The other company was not returning my calls and had me in a total contact. I got in contact with this company and the process was so simple. They had a truck to me within 3 hours. Got the car in Florida just as promised. There is no question who I am going to use when I bring my son's car home next summer. Very satisfied from start to finish.
