There are so many misrepresented facts in this review it’s hard to know where we would even begin. You might notice she says nothing about how the actual transport of her vehicle went, since things went off without a hitch.

From the beginning, Carol was looking to find a problem so she could ask for money back. At one point during our conversation, when I was telling her I would go back through our call recordings to investigate what our sales team had said, she made it clear that, were she in my position, she would just just offer $300 to make the problem go away instead of doing all that work. I spent hours listening to the conversations we had with her and was happy to find we had not mislead her during the sales process. I shared the evidence with her but, as she is clearly intent on some kind of refund, she has posted this wildly inaccurate review hoping we will pay her to take it down.

At Mr. Car Shipper we stand by our core values of honesty, integrity, and communication. Our company tells people the truth when many other brokers willingly choose to deceive. We do our best to go above and beyond, even providing logistics support after hours to deal with unexpected issues. We do not engage in dishonest practices like charging non-refundable deposits or bait-and-switch pricing. In an industry that can, at times, be hard and inconvenient, we do our very best to ensure everyone is treated fairly. And yes, we are a broker. Despite what Carol says, a good broker is necessary to your transport strategy, both to ensure your vehicle gets picked up in a timely manner, and to protect you from drivers that might try to take advantage of you.
