After being told my furniture was being delivered on 1/8 or 1/9. I flew to Tuscaloosa only to call and find out my delivery was being delayed 4 days. They never called to tell me that my delivery had been delayed after they gave me the first delivery dates. I called them the night before to check on the delivery time and found out my delivery was delayed. I was forced to purchase additional plane tickets. Advised by the Manager (Trish) that I will receive my things when they are ready to deliver them. I have never dealt with this level of customer service. I am still unsure when I will receive my things. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!
