I have used MoverJet 3 times. I really can't say enough good things about them. Tip Top from the Representative to the Drivers. My first 2 transactions were with Lana Davidson who was great. The last transport I worked with Ann Summers. Ann was also just incredible. From keeping me updated to following up after delivery. After working with Lana twice I was a little reserved about working with another Rep. Ann Summers quickly put my mind at ease. MoverJet is either a small business where the company actually cares about service. Or a bigger company that is a well oiled machine. Either way. I have 100% confidence in them. The car was shipped to my son who is a US Marine. On picking up the car, the transporter called me and we scheduled the time and he kept me updated. Before loading the car, he did an exterior inspection with video and pictures. I too, took pictures of his plates and Carrier Information plate on his window. All part of the process before loading your vehicle. The transporter is not allowed on the base so communication between the transporter and my son was very important for receiving the car. The entire transaction was flawless. I am not really a leave a review kind of person. But after working with 2 reps and shipping a car for the 3rd time. I really wanted give a sincere review and show my appreciation. I will ship with MoverJet again.
