Jane made the process extremely easy to work through and she ensured constant and timely communication throughout. Even if we hit a snag with the original carrier, she very quickly remedied the situation and found an alternative carrier within an hour to make sure we hit my targeted pick up date for the car. The car was transported without any issue and received damage free.
