Big state-to-state move for me from Midwest to Northwest. 1st time ever considering out-of-state moving companies; very iffy. Ethan @ MoverJet was one of first to respond. Ethan field all of my daily questions and concerns in timely fashion and made sure I understood terms up-front. We adjust quote as I made last-minute changes, which Ethan handled as well. My driver (selected for my move by MoverJet was also amazing). Even with my last-minute change requests (big changes), Ethan took great care of me and my driver even delivered early! I cannot stress enough the constant, timely communication with dispatcher (Ethan) and driver. Great service on both ends, no problems at all and a very successful delivery with no bumps or issues!
