This was the first time I've ever shipped anything cross country except through mail. Ethan made my experience so easy and gave me a great price. He took the time to answer all my questions. And I had a lot of questions. He was very professional and found great shippers for me. I couldn't have been happier with who he chose. They were very polite and on time. They kept me updated as to where my scooter was. Even after he found people to ship my scooter and it was out of his hands he still answered my questions although his job was done I couldn't have been happier with who he chose to ship my scooter. They were very polite and on time kept me updated as to when my delivery would be. Is advise anyone who wants to ship large parcels to use Eathan at mover jet I know I will
