We highly appreciate your feedback. You had very complicated pick up location and you had a possibility to cancel our services for free by the time we offered you this carrier. You still wanted us to keep searching. You have accepted the offer that was good for you, you declined several offers for less money because you couldn't release the vehicle. We would like you to understand that you have never specified that the vehicle has to be delivered in the daytime, in fact, it's not a problem if the vehicle is delivered at night time. In that case, people ask carriers to deliver to the nearest big supermarket. You noticed the damage only the next day after you signed the bill of lading. Our shipping agent contacted you first after the delivery to find out how was it, once you told him about this damage, he sent you insurance of the carrier company so that you could place the claim with the insurance company. After that, the shipping agent asked you what did the insurance company say? And you have never responded back. We called you several times after that but you never picked up the phone. We believe that we did the most what we could.
