Totally failed at pickup, too small to book operators

This company had a 2-day window to pick up a single vehicle ... easy job, happens thousands of times a day. Unfortunately they are just too small to have enough operators that they can contact for transport so you wait around forever for them to find the one or two that actually will deal with them. Steer clear, find an operation that is large enough to have enough contacts to make the transport. Total fail
