Quote # A601059. 5/16/2011 spoke with Desiree to schedule my vehicle delivery from Arkansas to Louisiana. Was quoted $299.00 with a $99 deposit and $200 due upon delivery. They charged my card the same day and never called me back, I was ALWAYS contacting them. 5/17/2011 I call to find out if my vehicle was being picked up and was told they needed yet another $50 upon delivery. Being under the gun I agreed. Call after call I got the runaround about the transport company not responding to them. I told them if my vehicle wasnt on a transport on 5/18/2011 to cancel the transport. They ASSURED me there was no need to cancel and the date would be met. Since 5/17/2011 I have not been able to get in touch with them either through calls or emails. Seems they love taking peoples money for deposits and NOT fulfilling their deals. Something MUST be done about this company. How many complaints does it take to see they are a scam????
