                        All clients are provided with the carriers name and telephone number so that they may coordinate pick-up and delivery.  Unfortunately, the carrier had a breakdown and could not pick-up on the Saturday scheduled.  The client called the office and cancelled Monday morning.  Once he cancelled his order I could do nothing further to assist him.  MOT regrets the inconvenience the customer suffered and would have been happy to assist him further had he not cancelled his service.
