After posting my review of how poorly I was treated by Move on Time I was shocked to see Andy's response which was:

L & V Transport was assigned to pick-up the customers vehicle on 07/13/05. Do to traffic and delays with other pick-ups and deliveries her scheduled pick-up was delayed. The client spoke with L&V Transport and was fully aware of the situation. She cancelled her order when L & V was an hour away from her pick-up and I was barley able to cancel her order without having to pay for a dead drop.

This is the biggest crock of lies I have ever heard!
1) I was never told that my car had even been scheduled for pick up.

2) I have never even heard of L&V much less spoken to them

3) In light of #1 and # 2 above, I doubt very seriously that any one had been dispatched to pick up my car. If there had been, then he certainly could have told me that - which would have cooled me off and bought him some more time.

I believe all of his raving reviews are decoys. Posted by Andy or friends of his who have no conscience. I have nothing to gain by giving him a poor rating - which is a true reflection of my experience with him.




FRAUD! After a bad experience with another transport company, I shopped around this time. Andy with Moveontime (ironic name)referred me to this site with all those glowing reviews so I hired him. He said he could ship my vehicle no problem with an estimated transport date of 07/05/2005. My vehicle has not been picked up yet and today is 07/14/2005. I e-mailed him on the 5th of July and the 7th and he said he was clearing out his holiday traffic. Okay. I e-mailed him again on the 12th and asked if he had any intention of transporting my vehicle and still have not heard from him. Funny how my deposit cleared the bank within hours of placing my order on 06/30/2005 and 14 days later my vehicle has not even been scheduled for pick up and no one will answer my e-mails. Ripped off again! So far in my quest to have this vehicle shipped - I am out $450 and 27 days later my vehicle still has not shipped. Be wary! The other company I dealt with (American Auto Transporters in Canton MA) - nightmare - I have filed complaints with the BBB and the IFCC. Now I will put a rating in on them and hopefully save someone else from this terrible experience. I am gonig to rent the necessary equipment and go and get my vehicle myself.
