Move on Time not only didn't delivered on time, they never even picked up my bike. They promised quick delivery, but the window of promise passed without them even scheduling a pickup. They have held my $150.00 deposit for the past 20 days and have still not released it. They tried to get a $50.00 cancellation fee stating they had already scheduled pickup when I cancelled. It's funny that they wouldn't take my calls, and would not acknowledge cancellation till the next day. When I complained, they assured me that they would refund my money in full, which they have yet to do. Not only did they miss my wife's birthday (it was a gift for her), but they have tried to scam me out of my deposit as well. Please think twice before you do business with this company. I found them to be dishonest, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. They have a phone system that goes to one voicemail to which no-one ever responds. Their sales people promise the moon up front and do not deliver (literally). I do not post this for my benefit, but for the benefit of others who may be entertaining the thoughts of using this company. I am having to file dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. How sad is that?
