My car was transported from Tucson to Spokane, WA. The only communication was when I called to get a status update. The answer was always "let me call the driver and I will call you right back." That didn't happen. I was called on a Tuesday saying the car would be delivered that day and to collect money. The person receiving the car on the other end said no contact from driver and no car so I did not pay at this point. The car finally arrived on Friday and I paid at that time.
The order was cod and they did agree to accept my debit card as I was unable to be there at the time the car was delivered. They get cudos for that.
