They said they are available 24/7 but this is true only before they get your business. Here is my own experience: I requested for brokers quotes online and received a phone call from Stephanie on Friday who claimed that there was a trucker around the area and my car can be picked up on Monday next week. I trusted her, agreed to the price she asked for and waited. Monday came, no one pick up my car so I contact Stephanie for an update. She said a driver would come tomorrow. I trusted her again only to discover another lie. I tried to contact Stephanie on Tuesday, nobody answer my call so I left the message and receive no call back. I continue to call and email in the next few days trying to have my order cancel and received no response. At the end, I wasted two weeks on this company and receive nothing. My advice: never do business with this company. They seem nice during the initial conversation and make whatever promises to get your business. However, once they find out they can’t find you a driver within the promised time, they will try to avoid any contact with you to buy more time hoping that they could eventually find you a driver and get their share of commission. Very bad business practice.
