This is the first time I am using this type of service.
I read "stuff" on line, pretty bad stories. I began to apply on line where a bunch of companies wanted to move my motorcycle (everyone wanted my business). Some companies were bashing others without using names. Some companies were pushy. NOT Move My Automobile.
The thought of doing this did not sit well with me but then I spoke to Jennifer at Move My Automobile, who took her time explaining how the process works. She made sure I was comfortable and the entire experiance was wonderfull.
I communicated via email, telephone and text message.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to move your presious cargo, they are very easy to work with, they take the time to listen to your concerns and will provide the service you need, NOT what will make their company more money. No up selling. No pressure. No issues.
A bad weather storm slowed the process, but the communication was open, which began from the Move My Automobile company. Jennifer is wonderfull. Even with the storm my motorcycle was delivered before the promiss time/date (a plus).
