I really feel for the customer but we try to locate him so many time prior to de pick up dat and no rsponse. He decided to call a day before before we not aknowledging if he still need the service. I try to refund his deposite but the customer submiteed a dispute. At the end of the day he was credited his money... Is all about communication, but it should go both ways. We feel sorry for the inconvenience but we always try to serve high quality service.
