The entire process was handled very well. The coordination between parties was good. All messages were promptly returned. I have used "cross" country vehicle transportation companies before, so , I understand what needs to be done. So, for any first time user... just understand that travel over highways and all of the vehicle issues involved, one needs to have patience. When you schedule pick up and drop off date/times make sure to have safety buffers included.
