First off I was a little skeptical about the vehicle transporting business & experience because I had a horrible experience with a moving company broker & carrier when moving my possessions from Georgia to Arizona in 2011. Since I had those bad experiences with the moving company, (i.e. pickup & drop off time issues, increasing the price & rude/horrible customer service) I was prepared to do whatever it took to get my car to Phoenix, Arizona.
Before calling Jeff I had spoken with 6 Transport brokers. After speaking with Jeff over the phone I quickly realized that he wasn’t like those other brokers. His professionalism & patience with me even after I grilled him with question after question really stood out. Even after 3 consecutive days of speaking with Jeff, he continued to be professional, soft spoken & polite about the process that his company has for selecting a transport carrier, as well as answering my questions. Jeff also offered scheduling suggestions that would allow me to get my car delivered quicker than I had previously expected. In addition to Jeff’s professionalism & genuine care for his customers, I chose Motor Movers Auto Transport because the local office is close to where I live & work in Phoenix, AZ.
Since I was scheduling the transport right before I left on vacation, Jeff offered to hold the car at his office as an option if the carrier ran into bad weather or etc, until I returned to Phoenix. Jeff being mindful & willing to help me showed the level to which he is willing to help his customers.
After scheduling the transport, Jeff continued to keep me informed about the carriers and their rate. Once the car was picked up Jeff & the selected carrier communicated with me on the day of delivery. The carrier was willing to meet me near my job so that I didn’t have to leave work. Jeff reached out to me after the drop off to see how things went with the carrier, make sure I was satisfied with the delivery & that my car was in good condition.
Whether you’re moving a vehicle to Arizona or not, I would definitely recommend Motor Movers Auto Transport. Being a female from the south it’s good to meet a business owner that is really good with people and doesn’t take advantage of you. I would absolutely use their services again in the future if I had vehicles to transport.
