Laura explained the automobile moving process and that it is more expensive to ship a car going west than going east. Car was available on Monday and it was picked up on Tuesday night and arrived in Bentonville on Friday night. Whole process was quick and hassle-free. I would call Laura again if I ever need to ship another car.
