Laura was courteous, informed and always attentive to our concerns. She was accessible and helpful. She explained the way the business works, her selection criteria for a transporter, and the guidelines she follows. Our particular transporter was less communicative than we would have liked and Laura intervened to try and get him to contact us with updates more frequently. The car did arrive toward the end of the day when it was scheduled to, but only because of Laura's and my wife's persistent attempts to reach the driver. In the end it worked out fine, if a bit more stressful than I'd hoped. I give Laura full marks for representing us and doing an excellent job. Highly recommended.
