I was in a sticky situation of moving out of AZ to TN and pretty much only had one day available for the vehicle to be picked up as I needed to go on a road trip in between the two dates as well. After numerous searches on transport reviews and also being spoken to rudely by many other transport companies who try to offer me quotes, I spoke to Ric at motor movers finally and told him my situation. Not only was he understanding, he was very kind in finding a working solution for me to have my vehicle shipped to Nashville in such a limited time frame. The fact that they were based in AZ as I was at the time made it easier for me to drop my vehicle off at their facility so I could go on the road trip while he worked on finding a driver to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle arrived about a day early to TN right when I got off the plane there. I was a little frantic at the moment cause I wasn't expecting it then, but the truck driver was also very understanding in that I needed time to sort out the payment before doing the trade with him so after frequent contact in the next few hours I was able to meet him that same night. Even though the vehicle should've arrived on the next day, I am not disappointed or frustrated with the service as delivery times are never completely guaranteed. What made me really happy was that both Ric and the truck driver Harry were willing to communicate with me honestly to figure out the best way to ship/deliver the vehicle. I am very happy I went with Motor Movers and they have provided a wonderful service for a first timer like me that has never dealt with having to ship a vehicle from one place to another. Definitely recommend!
