Mark was diligent about getting me a good quote and following up with me during the transport. I was either able to get a hold of him by phone immediately or he'd call back within minutes.

We had a mix-up on price, in that a quote provided to me months earlier had expired, and the price increased a tad bit, but he took it on the chin and absorbed some of the cost himself to make it happen. This price increase was not his fault, as I had failed to confirm the original quote before it expired, but he still helped to make the deal work.

My car was delivered exactly when it was supposed to and the driver was fine to deal with.

Overall, this was a great moving experience and I'd refer Mark anytime.
