First of all, I usually do not write reviews of service, however: This was not my virgin experience with auto movers! This move showed me how a professional organization performs and has set the bar extremely high for the competition to try and duplicate. This move was somewhat complicated by the private party at the sending point because of non availability. The carrier was able to communicate with them to make a timely pick up. The driver communicated with me about the projected delivery timeframe and that he would advise me of any possible delay in route that would cause any additional drive time required. I was kept fully advised of the delivery timeframe and the driver and company exceeded all of my expectations. I would not use a different carrier in the future, I have found "my carrier" for any future moves. I highly recommend this carrier to everyone. If you are reading this commontary and you decide to go elsewhere, then you are allowing yourself to accept far less than the best! John
