I will like to start by saying thank you Allan for that five star review it was my pleasure to be able to help you with transporting your vehicle.My goal was to make sure that you get a five star customer service experience by being with you from start to finish and I did that for you with no problems. I will like to apologize to you for the way that the carrier treated you with your delivery service and the time it take for you to get your vehicle. Our customers here at Motor Movers Auto Transport will be treated with the respect and consideration that they deserve. Motor Movers Auto Transport will not be using that carrier any longer AND we have put them on the do not use list and they have been taking off the prefer carrier list as well. So I do apologize for the way that you were treated and it will not happen again. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
