This was our first experience in transporting a vehicle.
Thankfully as a result of this review site we saw so many positive reviews about Laura Curto that we decide to make one more call.
We were very reluctant about transporting a vehicle period and We "thought" we did our homework and "almost" went with another company "thinking" we knew what we were doing. WRONG!!!!!!
Thanks to Laura we were sincerely educated on the process and what is the industry standard and how things should transpire. Laura more than exceeded the industry standard by far. (Having spoke to several other companies prior to her).
We were on a very tight budget and Laura completely understood this and made things happen so that we could maintain our budget and still receive this vehicle, we have been w/o a car for almost 2 yrs, and this car was left to us.
The driver of the transport that Laura confirmed was as well just as honest, professional and followed thru with all promises of communication and delivery. No extras, no BS.
It was truly a pleasure in today's age of scams to have everyone honor their word and provide the services as promised.
