This was a very overwhelming process at first, but Patrick explained it to me as best as he could and he delivered on everything he said. I had plenty of other places trying to contact me with other prices and saying they could do better or I'd have to pay more, but Patrick was up front in explaining how it all worked and saved me a load of cash from the initial company my new job's moving company set me up with. I would highly recommend them!
