I needed a Acura Vigor transported from Washington to California. I requested a quote online and had over 30 different brokers called me and tired to convinced me to go with their company. Estelle was one of these brokers but her quote was the best out of all of them. My quote from her was $450 while other places were saying $500, $550 and $600+. Not just that, but their Company policy was also the best. She promised me that my credit card will not get charged until my vehicle is physically on the Carrier Truck. Other companies require a deposit before hand. There's a lot of deception in the auto transport business but Motor Movers is one of honest companies. Estelle was very professional and very easy to work with. She promised me that she would be able to find me a carrier within a week and she did. Due to the fact that it was on Thanksgiving week, she even gave me her personal number and told me to call her if I had any questions or concerns. That was truly unbelievable and the best customer service that I have seen.
