When I explained to Estelle what I wanted and when, she assured me that she would do her best to make the time frame I was looking for happen. She did! I got the phone call a couple hours later telling me that they would be able to pick up my truck that day, and deliver it to me in a couple days. They had picked up on Friday afternoon in Dallas,Texas and delivered on Monday afternoon in St. Pete, FL. I could had got it Sunday if we didn't have had a mix up or played phone tag(with the trucker). Never the less they had delivered the day promised with no hidden fees, and what we agreed to on the phone is what I paid. Estelle was there the day it delivered and checking in on the outcome. The only downside was that the truck was dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning, which a $8 self cleaning took care of in 15 mins. Thanks to a dedicated employee like Estelle, I was getting my truck a week earlier than anyone else's quotes and at no extra cost from the other quotes.
