My first contact with Motor Movers was in August when I wanted to ship another car and I put up a deposit. Well as it turns out I was going to have the moving truck take it on a car trailer. I call Estelle and was told no charge, sorry we couldn't help more. I called back later and told Estelle that I would call her again soon about moving my other car, sure she said and that came to pass the beginning of November. Estelle called me when the pickup was ready charged my card again and the next thing I knew I was schedule for pickup in Vermont. The truck driver, Joe called me the day before the pickup and gave me his cell # and we stayed in touch throughout the delivery. Estelle was there every step of the way by telephone and was in contact with the driver as well. The car arrive early and the Driver called and ask if it was ok to come over early and unload, to which I of course replied SURE. It was great to have the car here now. I paid the Drivers and bid them fairwell. Estelle followed up with a call later in the day to make sure all was good. What a great person she turned out to be. I would not hesitate to use Motor Movers again.
