first time shipping a car. had to arrange transport of a dog, a car, and make plane reservations, all under a time restraint. once my dog was transported, I advised Patrick O'Connell at Motor Movers and asked how soon the car could,be shipped. Being under a time restraint, I made numerous calls and e-mails to Patrick at Motor Movers who assured me he understood my situation and worked closely with me to arrange car transport. My car was picked up on time and delivered a day sooner than expected. the driver was friendly, courteous, and assured me he would take good care of my car which he obviously did. Motor Movers gets an A plus plus from me.

All the calls emails and not knowing who to trust or listen to. BBB and Transport reviews, plus not paying a deposit UNTILL your vehicle is on a truck is the way to go.
