This was my first transport experience, I received A LOT of phone calls. Keith took the time to explain step by step how the process worked. I read a lot of “bait and switch” warnings on line and was nervous. When I learned that his fee was a flat rate, and I would be paying the driver directly for the balance of the move, I was at ease trusting Keith to place bids for truck space on my behalf. In the end we lost a driver and, had to re-dispatch to another trucking company, Keith let me know what was going on without causing worry and got my van there on time. After all the horror stories I have read about other moves I’m glad I went with Keith and Motor Movers.
