Laura from Motor Movers did an excellent job! She answered all my questions in a professional manner. She gave me a quote upfront so that I would know approximately what I would be paying. I thoroughly researched all of the companies that transport cars and Motor Movers was one of only three companies with an "A" Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating. One company had 167 BBB complaints filed against!

She actually gave me her cell phone number so that I could contact her after hours. Little did I realize that I would need that number. Contacting her became necessary when another dishonest company contacted me and told me that they were picking up my car on a certain date. The name of the company was different so I contacted Laura over the weekend on her cell phone, and she told me not to allow my car to be picked up by that company that it was a disreputable company that often used that trick. She told me that the correct transport truck would arrive later on that same day.

Laura was able to get our car from Reno to Florida exactly on time. We had a very narrow pick up and delivery window, and the driver called and delivered it on schedule. My daughter accidentally left her sunglasses in the visor of the car, and when the car was received in Florida, the sunglasses were still there! There was absolutely no damage to the car. It arrived in the same condition as it was before the transport. I would definitely use Laura from Motor Movers Transport again.
