Purchased a Classic Car in Phoenix. After 4 days waiting for transport arrangements from dealer, I decided to do it myself. By looking online for Az. Transport Co. I called motormoverstransport.com The phone was answered by a friendly, helpful lady by the name of Laura. I told her what I needed, and the situation, Laura explained how the central dispatch works, and that she could get it transported in 1 ta 2 days, most likely. After some thought on my part, I called back the next day and set up the transport. The following day Laura called at noon telling me the transport was scheduled for that day, and gave all info. I called the dealer, and he said the vehicle was shipped that morning. A call to Laura, with my head hung low, and cancelled the assignment. Laura said no problem, let me call the driver and cancel, and I thanked Laura. Bottom line of this post is that I give this Co. and Laura 5 stars for going above and beyond the call to solve my problem, and they did not make a dime. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS Laura. Oh by the way, every member in our car club here in Dallas will be made aware of this company, through our newsletter.
