Laura was terrific, very accessible by phone even off usual business hours.
When a small problem came up, Laura proposed a very good solution.
Shaun (sorry, forgot trucker's company name but Laura would know, three letters ...) was the transport driver. He was a few hours late on pick-up due to traffic, but made meeting me easy. He was an hour past his first guesstimate on drop off, which was just fine with me as this was right on the ideal point in time for delivery window, super good considering the distance he had to travel. Car arrived in perfect shape. So an excellent experience all around.
