One sentence: Professional and on time, and Michelle is kind and great.

More details:
I contacted another broker and placed order earlier, but it did not work out. Then I contacted Michelle two days before my first available day. She is very kind and helpful. The other morning I got call from her and was told that a carrier was found and my car would be picked up a day after. The day after, I called Michelle to confirm the pick-up and got the carrier number from her too. Later, my car was picked up on time and delivered on time. Michelle is great!
