I was extremely suprised at how smooth the whole process went, this was the first time we had ever needed to ship anything anywere and had only seen it done on reality tv. I called laura and she was friendly, SO informative, and extremely professional in answering all of my questions and concerns. I even received an email notification, updating me of the different steps during the shipping process. It was alot quicker than i thought and hassle free, the whole experience was better than I could have ever expected. It worked out really, really well.
