I was very pleased with motor movers. Their customer service was excellent. Kept me updated and informed me regularly. I was not pleased with the actual driver (whom was with an other company). I wanted the car picked up on the 6th. Driver asked 4th or 5th. I said 4th. Driver then called later and said he would be there on the 3rd early afternoon. So my plans were thrown around all sorts of crazy. On the day of the 3rd I call the driver at 5pm and ask where he is at. He says he is an hour and a half out and still had a couple cars to pick up. Then proceeded to tell me that it wont be until 7 or 8 pm. This is while all my household goods have been taken and I have my 2 kids with me. Not a fun time at all. I called him back and told him to wait until the morning of the 4th. And he was ok with that. This problem had nothing to do with Motor Movers. It was the driver and whatever company he was with.
