I can honestly say that Michelle accomplished something impossible for me in the automotive industry. She gained my full trust, its nice to be reminded that honesty is still existent in this industry. Not only did she provide with the cheapest quote.. and trust me I received 100's of them, but she also delivered excellent customer service. She called right away, found a driver within the same evening, followed up with me through every step contacted the driver, had him contact me, called me back with minutes every time with the answer. Called me after my car was delivered, to make sure everything went smooth as well as thanked me for my business. After this experience I would advice beware of other companies, they would deceive you with false information about their bbb ratings or say they are in business for 25 years and then only be registered with the state for a year. A lot of scam artists trying to get the most out of you, charging you twice the amount the truck driver does.. I definitely recommend doing business with Michelle, I did not even brake a sweat when my Audi was shipped, thanks Michelle.
