Laura is very nice. Not pushy like other brokers at all which is also the reason I picked this company. She explained to me how the shipping process and cost patiently. She always answered my calls in a prompt time. I can reach her whenever I have any question.

The only star deduction is that the driver did not drop off the car by door. My sister had to meet with the driver somewhere else. They claimed the area my sister lives is old, no open space to park the truck. If that's the case, they had the drop off location long time ago and they should know better instead of promising door to door service. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Definitely a company I will choose for my next time car shipping service and the one I would recommend to my friends and family.
