I contacted Patrick on a Sunday letting him know that I needed my car picked up by Friday (special situation)... and he made it happen. Great communication with him- taking into account that I am located in Germany, with the time difference, lack of good comms, and all.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. No issues! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
