Alice said we were in a favorable location to be shipping from, and it only took a day or two to have a truck available 3 days later. Driver communication was good while en route and the pickup and delivery was smooth. Note that we paid for an open truck, but luckily a driver opted to take our load with an enclosed truck. Alice remained in contact and stayed in touch even after the delivery.
